Designers’ Challenge
Originally, the wine area was concealed from view. By designing a corner window made of specialty-treated glass and creating dramatic lighting, the wine cellar became a focus of the room and created the perception that the room was actually larger.

To create depth in the wine room, we proposed the use of colorful LED lights that would wash the rear wall of that room. This feature created depth to the space and interesting silhouettes of the wine bottles stored in the room.
